I have been buying this coffee for about six years. It is not the same. It taste like water. I’ve requested a replacement and it still taste like water. Please. Test it yourself Keurig! This is not right

I’m sorry but I do not care for the Caramel I bought. Then I made the mistake of ordering ground Hazelnut and I needed pods. Otherwise I love my vanilla decaf. I can’t believe the Caramel doesn’t taste like I hoped it would. I was so looking forward to it. Thank you. Sandra S
