Love to use HP products. However, this product is too expensive. I am considering the new Canon printer, where they are using different supplies. HP needs to lower the cost of these supplies

You need it, you order it. Price was better than the local stationers who didn’t have it in stock, it had to be ordered anyway. Delivery to my door beat a 64km trip in to order and the another 64km trip to pick it up. Abet I wouldn’t make a special trip either way unless a cartridge went dry before the new ones showed up and I needed it ASAP. You did exactly what was asked of you at the price you quoted. No surprises.

Even though I think toner is outrageously expensive, it is always better to get HP products. I have tried cheep overseas replacements but they leak out and cover the pages with colour.
