Great hardware, but software issues on Linux

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The soundbar was very easy to install on my lenovo monitor, and works great for playing music and sounds, but when it's plugged in, my laptop's microphone doesn't work anymore. Probably a software problem with Linux, but still.

Sound okay for zoom meetings. Mounting tabs break easily when removing soundbar from a monitor. All of a sudden started hissing after ~ 3-4 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason to buy this speaker is if you have a Lenovo monitor that it is compatible with. It will snap onto a compatible monitor, look like it’s built in, and save space on your desk. The sound quality is OK for video conferencing but otherwise disappointing. You’ll likely get better sound out of your laptop speakers. There is virtually no base.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
