After one month of usage of the headphones, it starts changing the modes by itself between noise-canceling the Normal mode and ambient mode plus it can also stop you video 1 star for this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful Product Don't Buy

This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. Don't remain charged, known issue with the design of the product doesn't allow buds to charge in case. DON'T BUY!! SHAMEFUL PRODUCT for the price! Purchase Bose product, using them for over 10 years. Never should have switched.

A lot worst than the previous model

The sound is a lot worst than the previous version. Not sure if they changed the material or something, but the loop doesn’t go around the ear properly and when it does the ear piece section will not sit in your ear anymore. I tried every ear piece size they provided but it just doesn’t work. Unfortunately I can’t refund it when it is opened. The performance is very disappointing especially for that price.

The people hear a lot of noise

When I'm talking to people, the microphone is very sensitive and picks up everything around it, so sometimes I can't hear what I'm saying. Could you help me focus on just my voice? And de battery is not for long time

Fit is not as good

I'm actually quite unhappy with my recent purchase. The old larger version of these headphone had amazing noise cancellation, fit, and comfort. The new design has basically placed value on making them more compact, at the cost of the above. They are still good headphones. But they no longer warrent their 350$ price tag. I wish they kept the old design. Would return them if I could to try another brand. Won't be shopping beats going forward.

Initially great in-ear wireless earbuds. However, after 30 days of use while running, the right earbud produces significant distortion. I do not reccomend these headphones. I was planning on using them for a few upcoming marathons, however now I will be looking for other options and trying to figure out how to replace these.
