Disappointing

I bought these because I lost one of my AirPods. I really like my Sony headphones that | use for gaming, so I expected good things from these earbuds. The sound quality was good, but I found the tapping function to pause/play/change volume really frustrating and inconsistent. More than half the time it didn't recognize my taps, and I only found more success with heavier taping, which were mildly painful in my ear. Having used AirPods before, I missed the simplicity of a quick pinch to play/pause. I ended up returning these and buying AirPod pros instead for not that much more money. I'm an apple user, and the built-in hey-siri function combined with the find-my function are a convenience I am willing to pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love them so lightweight and great sound quality without having to pay $400.
