Sound quality and noise cancellation are both excellent. Pretty comfortable to wear for a while too.

Head band broke after 8 months

I have now had at least six Sony headphones. It seems the newer models are more fragile than the older ones. My WH-1000XM5 broke at the hinge with very little resistance after I had owned it for about a year. I went back to Best Buy and bought another one with 3 years warranty but for some reason I decided to return it and get the latest 1000XM6. I should have gotten a warranty from bestbuy but because it was so expensive I decided not to. My WH-1000XM6 broke at the joint in the headband where it expands to fit your head. It didn’t fall, it just broke as I was wearing it. I called Sony because I had only had it for 7 months and they said-sorry we don’t cover for mechanical damage. These headphones are getting lighter and more fragile so that Sony will keep making money from us. If you have to buy it make sure you get an extended warranty for physical damage because I can guarantee you it will break within one year!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product has no GPS, so it just got stolen

I only use it for two days so there is nothing to review. However I highly recommendation the product should have GPS because it’s expensive electronic. And it could be stolen very easily because you wear it every where.

Disappointed with Noise Cancellation, Comfort, and

I'm a bit disappointed with these headphones. I often question whether the noise cancellation actually works effectively. Furthermore, they are not comfortable enough for extended listening sessions. Aesthetically, I also find the design quite unappealing.

Good Functions, but Uncomfortable to Wear

The ear cups are heavy, and the headband is hard. When using it, it puts pressure on the skull. The other functions are good.

nice quality, loving the overall bass without adding extra equalizer to adjust the bass. Sound quality though, no complaints for bluetooth headphones, don't understand so many people talking crap on these headphones. Love how the upgrade falls back onto the chest unlike the the xm5's that I had which was so uncomfortable having them not unable to sit flat on your chest. Overall, LOVING them so much, been wearing them for almost a week now after purchasing from my upgrade to xm6 headphones. No issues at all. Their just as light as the xm5's. I wish for the fact that they should be able to have Ldac hi-res audio for the bucks paid for, sony should learn from soundcore headphones which they come with Ldac audio without the heavy price point. But with the sacrifice with the price point, not much complaints. Just having hard time confused as how to put the headphones back into the case when not using them.
