It's time for new King!

The build feels sturdy, even though it’s mostly plastic and fake leather. I was hoping for a bit more premium feel since they’re not cheap, but overall it’s good enough. One thing I don’t love is how the black version picks up fingerprints really easily — I added some photos so you can see what I mean.
Sound is really good, and the noise cancelling is excellent — definitely one of the best I’ve tried. The transparency mode is also pretty impressive, almost like AirPods Max, which is nice if you want to hear what’s going on around you without taking the headphones off. Compared to the XM5, this feels like a nice step up. Call quality is fantastic as well: the new AI-trained mic combined with the next-gen chip makes voices clear, even in noisy environments, which is a big plus for me.
I also like the Sony app a lot — you can customize a ton of settings to get the sound and controls just how you like them.
Fast charging is super convenient — a quick 10-minute charge gives you hours of use. Bluetooth stays stable, and switching between two devices works flawlessly.
The only downside for me is the ear pads — they tend to make my ears hot and sweaty after a while + that fingerprint nightmare (can be avoided with white version)

Overall, even at full price, these headphones offer great value. If you’re coming from older or cheaper headphones, the XM6 won’t disappoint.

Sucks for calls/meetings; ok for music...

I bought these yesterday to use for conference calls and phone calls. I work in an office with soft crosstalk. The promo material was HEAVILY favorable in terms of picking up your voice and doing noise cancellation is such environments.
They sucked. Team members said I sounded like I was garbled, or under wanter, or breaking up. On phone calls, the other party couldn't hear me, said I was unintelligible, couldn't hear me, couldn't understand me.
I took them back.
Do not buy these. They were "ok" for music, but not $600 ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best headphones

This my third sony headphone. I baught apple airpods max about a month ago from best buy but they are too heavy in weight and not confirtable over the turbun. Then i again bought this head set and this is awesome. Very light in weight. ❤️

These headphones connect fast and the noise cancellation is crazy. The sound is just so good you can hear all the instruments so clear. There’s lots of customizations with the sounds too which makes it even better. Been using them on my PS5 and they work crazy good for games.

I'm very satisfied with the sound and I'm thinking of buying another one, if not the same one, then another hi res. They could have been just a little clearer sound, but I'm not complaining.
