Do not buy

Gott them July 10 2024 and the left earbud does not play music even factory reset them and the left one still didn’t work if anyone can fix this let me know

Thanks for your inquiry. Both earbuds of our JBL Vibe Beam should automatically turn On once it's outside the charging case. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Also, please make sure that the left/right balance control is set to default (centered). Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, on your music player app. This is commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on our JBL Headphone App. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Horrible Sound Quality

If you actually care about sound quality do not buy these. Sounds like every song has a high pass filter on it. Shambolic.

We're always looking for ways to improve so we'll make sure to submit your feedback to the right department. Our JBL Vibe Beam comes with the JBL Headphones App which allows you to adjust the equalizer settings to improve bass and treble outputs. Another issue could be the audio source you're using might have its own built-in equalization or processing that is affecting the sound. Try playing the same music from a different source to see if the issue persists.

Great Bass

It was great purchase. But it doesn’t fit my ears. Keep falling out. My ears are smaller for the fit! Great for somebody the medium or Large ears!

They are great but......

The sound is just fine, the look and feel is great. I find them very comfortable to use for extended periods of time. The only issue I have with the design is removing the buds from the case. They are extremely annoying to remove.

Sounds great! Fits poorly

I wish these fit better. I've tried all the different fit adapters and the left ear keeps popping out. They sound great but with the left ear continuing to pop out the days coming where it will drop into a place I can't get them out of. An ear hook adapter would be handy.

Thanks for sending us your feedback. When wearing the headphones, you will need to gently twist the earbuds for a secure fit while wearing them. If you're looking for headphones with an ear hook design, you can check our JBL Endurance Peak 3.

Stopped Charging

Started off happy with them but after about 6 months neither of the earbuds will charge. Would not recommend!
