Bass an Issue

I bought these about a month ago. They are well constructed. The case is amazing and the sound is crystal clear.
The reason for only three stars is the bass is really feeble. I have tried different custom equalizer settings, but still cannot generate even moderately acceptable bass.
They work well with my cell phone.

Nice buds, not great

Nice ear buds at a good price with good sound but a terrible choice if you want to pair them with your Apple Watch. I've tried everything and cannot get them to pair with the watch. Convenient when your phone is handy, worthless for working out unless you want to walk around with your phone in your pocket.

Thanks for reaching us. Our JBL Vibe Beam has a Bluetooth Profile of A2DP, AVRCP, and HFP which can be compatible with any device that has Bluetooth enabled. For you to connect your JBL Vibe Beam, remove the buds from their charging case and it will automatically be on pairing mode. Turn on the Bluetooth on your source device and connect your JBL Vibe Beam via Bluetooth connections. We also advise you to contact Apple customer support for you to check the Bluetooth capability of your Apple Watch.

Best earbuds ever

I bought these a couple of months again and I love them! I use them everyday at work! Also would like to say I forgot them in my pocket and I washed and dried them and they still work! I couldn’t be more happy with them! Will most definitely get more of there products in the future!

The battery life is awesome the sound quality I'm also happy with but the Bluetooth don't reach very far I put my phone down on a wood pile and by the time I get to the other side to split only 30 feet away they cut out.

The sound is nice for the money. I didn’t purchase the noise canceling ear phones but you may want to consider them for outside use.
