Great earbuds with solid sound and heavy bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great earbuds, definitely a solid pair if you're looking for good bass and ANC. I compared these against my AirPods Pro 2, as I use them the most out of my headphones on a daily basis. The sound is amazing, definitely on par, and in spots it shines through even more. I am not big on the bass boost, as I prefer a flat response in my headphones, but it definitely didn't change my opinion on them. These actually bring out sounds I can't hear as well with my AirPods, so they're amazing for music.
My only complaint is how lacking the voice assistant support is. I cannot activate my voice assistant by voice command, and these don't announce notifications at all. The call quality is solid, but even a basic chime to let me know I got a text or something while I'm out running around would be nice.
Aside from that, great earbuds for the cost. Try out Skrillex's new album on these and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I would recommend this to a friend!

High-quality decent price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice earbuds at a fair price. The sound quality is good. Battery life is excellent! I was able to get through 3 days of work without charging the case! Controls were a little tricky to get used to, though!

This is my first set of earbuds and I love them. Very easy to pair and fits perfectly in my ears. Honestly, I forgot I was wearing them as they are so comfortable. Nice stereo sound (listen to "Dark Side of the Moon". Love the fact that the case is also a charger so I'll never run out of power. Great value. I know there are some earbuds that are much more expensive offering deeper bass and noise cancelling but for me, these buds are perfect.

Bought these for my daughter. She loves them. Great sound quality, easy to use. Long charge time. No complaints!! This her second, maybe third pair. She tends to lose them. Always asks for the same kind!

Not working properly

I bought these a week ago and I cannot get the right one to work. Keep getting very generic responses from Support. I’ve tried everything they’ve recommended and no luck. Not sure where to go from here. I was very excited about this purchase and they seem great, but I need them to work. Help please!
