The headphones are not that pink. Look cream color. The ear piece are very small compared to other beats headsets and hurt the ear cartlidge. They should have made them bigger.

I was disappointed when I opened the box to discover that there was no instruction manual or charging cable included.

I need headphones to block out some noise as i write, but i am blind so i didn’t want ANC for safety reasons. So I thought these would be perfect. I did research on YouTube reviews and none of them mentioned how much they hurt your ears after a few hours. When you need them for all day, this is a big issue. And they can’t be returned. Very unhappy. Wish i had gone with the studio pros.

Beats Solo 4

We bought the Beats Solo 4 for a Christmas gift 1 year and 3 months ago for our daughter. The sound was fantastic and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately they stopped working. Tried a hard reset with no luck. Didn’t purchase extended warranty so it looks like they are heading to the trash. Got them on sale for a little over $200. My older JBL’s 1/2 the price of the Beats Solo 4 are still working. So back to cheaper headphones that last. But if you want great sound and comfortable, Beats Solo 4 are great. I guess I bought a lemon.

Solo 4 longevity

Bought Beats Solo 4 as a Christmas gift for my daughter 1 year and 3 months ago. Just stopped working. Tried everything they said in videos to reset etc….. They sound great and are comfortable. Make sure you purchase extended warranty. My daughter uses her headphones all the time so longevity is always a factor with all products. My cheaper JBL headphones are older and are still working. No where near the quality of sound as the beats but are also only $40 as opposed to $200 which is easier to swallow if they stop working.
