Bought it for myself to build some back and arm muscles. My husband was my co trainer before I bought this. Now I have this boxing machine and I can practice myself anytime and it’s a lot of fun. With led lights it’s easy to catch where to punch and you can adjust the speed. I used the level one for practice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
