Not quiet, but that's because it moves a whole lot of air. Perfect for the garage or any shop area. Biggest issue I had during installation was figuring out where to physically locate it in order to make best use during various garage activities. Otherwise, an easy install - just find a good ceiling joist, pilot drill a couple holes, drive two screws, hang it, attach the trim piece and route the cord. Definitely recommend getting the remote control - so convenient to turn ON/OFF and change speeds.

Great fan. However, the box states 4500cfm, while online and pictures state 5400 cfm. I would of shopped around longer for other fans

Great product! Very satisfied! It cool the garage quickly and the fact that it can be turned to wherever you need it is amazing! The only thing I find a little uncomfortable with is the fact that if you want to adjust it up or down, you have to climb on a step ladder to adjust the knobs. All in all a great product.
