AMAZING

This is my first laptop. This is my 2nd Apple product ( iPhone 11 in Dec.2020). I was a lifelong windows user and FINALLY chucked it. I have had great fun stumbling around trying to figure out how things works. A lot of it is very intuitive. No fan means no fan noise AND no heat. Apple support has been great. I LOVE MY MBA M1 !
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very pleased with my new MacBook Air!

The MacBook Air is very easy to use - quick to load and fast to charge. It seems to hold a charge for a long time which was one of my reasons for choosing this product. I haven’t used all of its features yet but after having an iPad, two iPhones and one previous MacBook Air, I have never been disappointed with an Apple product. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. Geek Squad did a great job in moving my data from my old laptop to the new one.

Macbook Air with M1 chip

I wanted to give kudos to Save On Macs for their great service! I received a Macbook Air which had a problem and they kindly replaced it quickly with another one which works perfectly! This was despite being a few days beyond the guarantee period. I asked for an upgrade on the replacement which was a little extra but they very kindly accommodated. Thanks Save On Macs!

Uncomfortable and annoying.

The previous MacBook air served me for 12 years. It was a convenient computer, where there was nothing superfluous and nothing distracted from work.
The new laptop completely disappointed me. Too many verifications, animations, and annoying pop ups. Objectively, it began to take more time to perform simple daily work (texts, tables, charts).
Uncomfortable and annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
