Love the watch so far, its been an beyond noticable upgrade over fitbit products ive used. My only point of contention is that i wish the battery was a bit longer, but i suppose thats the sacrifice for so much active monitoring.

I have owned several Galaxy Watches. The GW 7 is, by far the best so far. The most important improvement, for me, has been the improved brightness and clarity. Towards the end of its life, my GW 4 had become almost unusable outdoors in bright sun. With the GW 7 I can easily view everything in any light situation.
My only gripe about this watch, so far, is that some of the features are not fully explained and therefore, not very useful. For example, what is "Energy Score" and AGEs Index? How are they useful? What information do they track?
It would also be nice if I could remove some of the bloatwear apps that are installed. I do not use Samsung Messages or Bixby but cannot figure out how to remove them from my watch.

From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. Also, make sure to click the link attached for other options that should help enhance your Watch7's battery life.
