I have been a Samsung watch owner since the Gear S3. I really have enjoyed each iteration after that and the Watch7 is no different. I do like the fact that they have updated the watch to use Wear OS instead of Samsung's Tizen OS. The watch feels snappier with the google standard for watches. I like the flat face of the watch makes it simpler when applying screen protectors. The health monitoring improves with each iteration and is a reliable look into your health, but it goes without saying if you feel like you are having any health-related issues then ensure you are going to the doctor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love using to track sleep and heart rate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love using my watch to track my heart rate due to POTs and other issue, this has helped me track my symptoms and help me out when im having a flare from POTs.
I also love the sleep tracking feature to help me know what days I have more energy and what days to slow down so I dont burn myself out. I love the size of the screen I feel like its large enough to text off of while not being so large that it is obnoxious.
I also can where this watch at work as it works with my gloves on

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My other Galaxy watch just went off one day while I was swimming.(it's the most important feature for me). You had to manually expel excess water from the watch. I haven't had that same issue here. And the calorie and lap count seems to be more accurate.

Simple round design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only smartwatch brand I've owned are Samsung. This is the 3rd. I like not having a bezel to get messed up. Seamless integrates with my S25 Ultra. Only problem, it doesnt sense through tattoo ink. When this is figured out... for now, i position the watch to the corrwct spot on my wrist and things work well.
