Lot of Features to Choose from

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised on how many features I use on my Samsung Galaxy 7. I use several of the health features like the one to help me know when I am snoring. (more than I was wanting to know), my sleep patterns, breathing, blood pressure and more. I use it when I go on my walks so I know how far I’ve gone and how many steps I’ve taken as well as other fun information that keeps me motuvated to do more! I am glad to know it measures my heart rate too. I am a Bowenwork practitioner and so I use the timer to know when my time is up to make the next set of moves on my client. It is so much quieter than other timers. It has impacted my life much more than I have realized and am grateful to have a product that can help in so many ways.

Series 7 watch must have

I make me motivated to exercise by simply stating oyster time to move. There are so many things um learning but this ia awsome.

The ability to customize the face with so many more choices and use of personal pics is the best. 💯 best smart wach I have owned.

My Watch, My AI, My Life (and pizza)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Galaxy Watch 7 for a while now, and let me tell you, it's a real upgrade. The "Galaxy AI" is so advanced it's practically a mind reader—or at least, it knows I'm a professional couch potato who occasionally tries to be active. The new Energy Score, powered by Galaxy AI, basically tells me if I have enough juice to get off the sofa or if I should just order another pizza. The wellness tips are also great, mostly because they gently remind me to stop doomscrolling and maybe, just maybe, go outside.
As for how I use my device, it's a mix of everything. For streaming, I love being able to control my music on Spotify from my wrist while I'm out for a run—you know, for the 10 minutes before I decide a brisk walk is a better idea. For work, it's a lifesaver. It keeps me on top of my schedule and notifications, so I can pretend to be a functioning adult during meetings without my boss seeing me secretly checking the weather. And for fitness, the automatic workout detection is so good it probably knows I'm just lifting a donut to my mouth. All jokes aside, the improved health sensors are fantastic, and the new, faster processor means I can open an app in a flash—perfect for when I need to quickly calculate if I have enough steps to justify that second piece of cake. It's a reliable and feature-packed device that truly impacts my daily routine for the better.
