My health has improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Sleep Apnea, my watch caught a serious problem. My blood oxygen was low and my Dr. confirmed it. I sleep better now. I am more active and have improved my lifestyle. I use the health app to keep track of things which helps my Dr and me improve the meds i am prescribed.
It also tells time!

Product is OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My watch is used primarily for health reasons. I like to keep in contact with how many steps I'm making, what my oxygen level is etc. Another great feature for me is being able to answer my phone from my watch instead of just noticing that I'm getting a call coming through when I got to find where my phone is.
One of the things that I'm definitely not used to is having to charge it every night. Possibly it could be because I have too many things going on on the watch that I'm not aware of how to eliminate. The only other negative for me is I would prefer a little smaller watch face, with a little more of a feminine touch.

This product is A-AMAZING!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of smartwatches over the years, but the Galaxy Watch 7 genuinely feels different. It is not just a gadget, it actually understands me. From the moment I wore it, it felt like more than a tracker. The design is sleek, lightweight, and surprisingly comfortable. I have been wearing it day and night without a second thought.
The real game changer is Galaxy AI. Every morning, I get an Energy Score based on my sleep, heart rate, and activity. It is surprisingly accurate. When it says I need rest, I usually do. It feels like a quiet coach nudging me in the right direction.
The sleep tracking is on another level. It goes beyond just hours in bed. It tracks skin temperature, snoring, and oxygen levels, then gives actual insights that helped me improve my sleep. With FDA cleared sleep apnea detection coming soon, it feels like real health support.
Fitness tracking is smart but never overwhelming. It guides me during workouts, tracks heart rate zones, and even recognizes when I forget to start an activity. Battery life lasts almost two days and charges fast, which works perfectly for me.
For the first time, I am wearing a watch that feels like it is on my side. It helps me live better, not just do more. The Galaxy Watch 7 is not just another upgrade. It is personal.

Longtime fan switching to Garmin
on July 6, 2025

It pains me to write a poor review, as I've owned Samsung phones, watches, and tablets for over a decade at this point. I almost went one star, but I do like the screen, processor speed, and phone integration of this device, as I have my previous Samsung watches (going back to the Gear series).
Unfortunately, the battery life and warranty service have been so poor, the things I like are almost irrelevant. I noticed after less than a year of ownership that the batter could not even get me through a full day (charged to 100% in the morning). Forget doing any kind of sleep tracking, I couldn't even get through a normal day with a fairly normal workout and walking. This was obviously an unacceptable status. After jumping all the hoops Samsung requires, I was able to send it in for warranty repair. I got it back 2 weeks later, but can't tell you if the battery got any better, because when it came back, suddenly the HR sensor didn't work. Cue all the at home hoops again, and back to Samsung for warranty repair. I've now been without a functioning watch for almost two months, and it is still at the factory.
Based on this experience, I will probably switch to a Garmin. Even if the repair folks are eventually able to fix it, I don't know that I will trust it again. For what these things cost, they should work as designed for more than a year. And being without your device for over a month is unacceptable "service."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't do much with it as the battery dies within 10 hours from full charge, with nothing running, on power save. Could have done without if I was going to have this experience.

Wish It Was More

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed an everyday watch for keeping up with messages from customers, so I thought this was it. Unfortunately, the battery runs down way too quickly in one day vs. my Fitbit that could go about 3 days when new. I am forced to keep special watch chargers with me at all times. Now somehow the crystal face broke, I don't know how, it's first time I have broken a watch face. Perhaps because the face edges sit on top, not level with the outside frame. Finally, I got the smaller of the 2 watches but it still looks huge on my small wrist.
