Heart rate sensor is an absolute joke!

The sensors on this watch are nothing more than a gimmick. The heart rate is absolutely ludicrous. I can lay my harm on a desk and take the heart rate back to back to back and get readings of 54, followed by 89, followed by 67. When I say it is an absolute joke, I mean it is laughable. Do not get this for health reasons like I did. If you just want a smart watch, it is fine. If you want it for heart reasons or sleep apnea measurement, please don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the heart rate tracking feature is not working properly on your watch, the watch band or strap may be too loose or the watch's software might need updating. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. If this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. -Kelvin

Watch with amazing features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love this watch and the amazing features it has. I have to start with the Galaxy AI in the watch that would give me health tips to better improve my health. With the watch being able to warn you about sleep apnea, which can possible save your life. Waterlock is a great feature as you will not need to take off the watch when doing things involving water such as taking a shower, swimming, and rafting. After you turn off the waterlock the watch will help you eject the water thats inside which is pretty neat.

Amazing upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Watch 7 was a great upgrade. It is able to handle any app I use on it without any hesitation. It's sleep tracking assisted by Galaxy AI has worked perfectly and the detailed reviews offered help me keep my goals. Overall I can't list every that has made my experience great other than it is a great product that I will recommend to anyone. I have used it on many outdoor hikes and battery/performance has been top notch

Love the Galaxy 7 watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd androud smart watch and my 1st Galaxy smart watch. The battery life is great. I love the size of the face and the easy 1 click band removal. I have switched bands a few times with outfits and just trying to find the perfect style for me. It's so fast and easy. Downloading apps and customizing watch faces is super easy. I love that I can customize it however I want. I highly recommend.
