Almost Perfect

Display has a "tricky" reaction to check boxes and certain other display "click-on" items. They will disappear from the display if "clicked on" (including the 3 "check boxes" later on this page). Customer service was unable to find a "fix" via on-line diagnosis, including changes to the OS systems settings. Their excuse is "Some applications handle 'check boxes" different than everyone else".
Otherwise I'm very happy with the unit.

Great portability laptop!

At first, I doubted that a 16-inch laptop could truly feel lightweight. As a woman who carries her laptop everywhere, I assumed the size would be cumbersome—but the LG Gram 16 surprised me. It was noticeably lighter than my MacBook Air, making it effortless to toss in my bag without strain.
Beyond portability, its 32GB memory ensured smooth multitasking, with no lag. The extended battery life was another major perk—I could go hours without searching for a charger, making it perfect for long workdays or travel. Definitely would recommend this laptop for anyone!

Good Battery, Fast Speed, and So Light

I buy this LG Gram 16 (16Z90S-H.ADB9U1) few weeks ago. First, I was very surprised because it is so light and thin for big 16-inch laptop. I carry it to work and cafe very easy, it feels like nothing in my bag. The design is also very nice and clean. I use it for work, watching videos, and sometimes photo edit — and it is very fast and smooth. Battery is very good, I can use almost all day without charging. Before I use MacBook Air M2, but I think this LG Gram is more useful for me. It has more ports like USB and HDMI, and I like Windows more than macOS. Also it is very quiet and not hot, even after many hours. I am very happy with this laptop — light, strong, and easy to use!

Amazing labtop ever.

I am responding after seeing negative reviews regarding this laptop that focus on chargers and printers, and not the laptop itself.

65W Fast Charger Scary Hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 65W fast charger gets hot! Are there any more higher wattage power supplies that are compatible with the Gram that can be used. I feel that this is a fire hazard. UL did a horrible job clearing this supply for use. A Higher Efficiency power supply would be best, or to spec a higher wattage around 120W would be a big improvement to the overall package. By the way why is it, that LG in their spec sheet never lists the voltage and current consumption? If you have a higher wattage power supply that is compatible and available please add the part number to your comments for all concerned will know there are options with LG, instead of being trapped once you purchase an LG.
