Purchased this fam recently. Love the voice command. I do not like the fan base. The fan wobbles if you touch it or brush up against it. Fan Base was 2 pieces, difficult to snap together My son did that for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this fan for my mom and she really likes it. The voice control is probably her favorite part because she doesn’t have to look for the remote or mess with an app. She just tells it what to do and it works. I also like that it doesn’t need Wi-Fi. It was easy to set up, and she can use it in the bedroom or living room without any trouble. The fan is quiet, looks nice, and moves a good amount of air. Really happy with this purchase

Easy, private and a great buy
Too many everyday devices make you create an account or download an app. It really gets overwhelming and tiring for me. I also hate getting several phone notifications or advertising emails for an appliance I only use once in a while. These smart devices can be obnoxiously invasive in how they operate at times. Spent a long time looking for a fan that had voice control without the need for Alexa/Google. So I was very interested when I finally came across SmartVoice. I really do like and appreciate how this smartvoice fan operates. I can use voice control without needing an app, Wifi, or Alexa. The commands are simple and the fan responds quickly to each command. I love having a voice-controlled fan that doesn’t connect to anything. Just what I wanted, a fan with voice control that doesn’t ask or require much from the user.

Simple tech parents will love! My father’s bedroom warms up quick so he has a fan that he often uses to keep himself comfortable. I decided to buy this fan because it seems simpler and more convenient for him to use. I’m happy to report that it is. And he loves it. With the voice control, he is now able to control the fan without needing to go near it. He can change the speed and control other settings without having to get out of bed. The fan comes with a remote control, but he has found the voice control to be easy to use. And since it is offline, we never have to worry about firmware updates or wifi issues.

The fan is mostly quiet but intermittently it produces a low grumbling sound like something is loose inside. Otherwise it works well though the voice commands work hit and miss. Sometimes requiring several tries to get it to do what is asked.
