Bad design overall, joy stick was frustrating to use, missing screws, difficult assembly, needed a specific screw driver to assemble, no way to adjust tilt of the screen, and very wobbly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Serious Warning: Fake Warranty Registration Card w

I was initially excited about this product but was shocked to find a fake warranty registration card inside the box. The card was designed to look official, encouraging me to register my product through a provided link. However, the link led to a fake website posing as a McAfee warranty registration page, which triggered persistent “you have a virus” scams pushing me to download unwanted software.
Even more concerning, the same card included a mail-in survey asking for very sensitive personal information such as income and marital status—details easily exploited for identity theft. This deceptive card not only misleads customers into a scam but also puts personal security at serious risk.
While the product itself functions, the fraudulent materials included raise big alarms about the packaging and vendor oversight. Buyers should be extremely cautious and avoid interacting with any suspicious registration materials. Best Buy and the product manufacturer need to urgently investigate and resolve this to protect customers from fraud and privacy violations.
This review clearly explains that the card mimicked a warranty registration to trick customers, describes the fake virus popups, and warns about the risky personal data survey, all in a style compliant with BestBuy’s review policy and focused on consumer safety.

I was told this would be a curved monitor. They even labeled it as curved in store, but it is NOT curved. Now I have to find time to repackage it and return it. Highly inconvenient given the weather.
