My son saved his money to buy the phone. He trust best buy website to get a refurbished phone. When we tried to activate the number to the e-sim there is a message that says “ I phone hardware issue”. This is not aceptable how a company like best buy sell you phones with hardware issues. The disappointment on my son’s face was heartbreaking. Never buy “ refurbished from Best Buy again “ . Now I hope the return goes as smooth as possible.

The iPhone 15 had a previous eSIM on it and could not add a new plan. I had to return.

I got this phone after my iPhone 11 wouldn’t charge any more and I actually really like it, it’s a great upgrade from an iPhone 11 the sound on my phone is very loud when I turn it up I love the colour, and the size is really nice. My mom is looking for a new phone and I recommended this to her even though it’s refurbished feels new didn’t see any scratches, scuffs or issues like that it’s nice
