I love this water. The best part is each bottle is 16.8 ounces. If you drink 3 or 4 bottles a day, you will easily meet your daily water intake. Tip. Drink a full bottle in the morning. It wakes you up while the coffee is brewing. And then only 3 bottles to go!

The BEST water out there , i know water doesn’t have much of a taste but with poland springs i know it’s good and fresh and purified ! i only really drink poland spring

Poland spring is one of the best tasting spring waters out there. They also use the “eco” packaging that has less plastic than other bottles. It’s mid-range priced but so much better than purified waters. Poland Spring 100% Natural Spring Water Eco Bottle

My husband and I keep a case of this water in our household at all times. About two years ago, I realized there were ingredients on my bottle of PURIFIED water. I was NOT okay with that seeing how to me, it appeared to be chemicals. I know there is a process to which they are purifying and it's okay to do, blah blah blah. I choose, NOT to put those things in my body and when I found Springwater, I couldn't be happier. The first case we bought started something because a few years later here we are still buying!

Poland spring is my brand! No aftertaste. I love spring water, can't take the taste of purified city water. Package is easy to carry, always fits in my budget.
