[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puchased the Open Box version of the 49"" monitor. I was very skeptical about making such a large open box purchase. I am very pleased with how it all turned out. The box was incredibly dusty and pretty beat up (not off to a great start). However, everything was packed really well. The monitor was slightly used but any sign of usage was incredibly minimal. I went over the monitor carefully looking for any blemish. No bad pixels. A very, very slight scratch (about 1"" long"") that isn't noticeable unless you put your face about 6"" from the screen. I'm super picky and this doesn't bother me at all. I've used the monitor now for several weeks without issue. Mine did come with a remote which is handy for changing the source (I'm constantly toggling between work and home PCs). This was my first really large UW and I'm hooked. When the time comes for an upgrade I'll go with the 57"" size. While I loved my previous set up of 2 32"" 2K monitors, I much prefer this single 49"" monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about this purchase as there were NO reviews and it seems to be an off name label. Well, guess again. This is a Viotek model and its AMAZING for the price! I had purchased the samsung chg90 years back when it released. Nothing but issues. The colors were good and ""realistic"" but the brightness was just terrible. Eventually samsung did the right thing and refunded after many many issues over a span of months. Fast forward to this model. This is a GAMING monitor. Its not going to give you the full RGB spectrum that the samsung model did...BUT ITS BRIGHT!!! (ignore the HDR though, it sucks being 400) I game alot, and for the price you cannot go wrong. If you want a VERY VERY Bright gaming monitor..this is it. P.S, the remote is real nice to have so ignore the onscreen button controls...the remote rocks! Happy Holidays! 5/5 stars.
