I usually would prefer to try it at a store before buying. I was really satisfied as it arrived. It feels good in my hand and is very sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 7 inch koh santoku is an amazing piece of equipment. Right out of the box it performed exceptionally well at several tests thrown at it. For the money this is by far the nicest tool in my kitchen. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will be purchasing more from this brand in the future.
