All around awesome

As the title says all around awesome! This machine is a beast, it does take up some desk space but it’s a solid piece of kit and the quality is worth it. The printer can print A4 and up to A3 but also custom sizes up to A3 for example A5 , envelopes and more, it has a back paper feeder , bottom front feeding tray and a top for copying, it can print in mono or colour and scans documents and photos up to A3 on size. It’s print quality is exceptional, I have printed both scanned text and photographs as well as air printed documents all with ease. I have printed from both computer and tablet, wired and wirelessly , both fantastic and easy to do. There’s an app to download for air printing which was easy as pie to navigate . From unboxing to printed was around 15 minutes, just follow the instructions on the built in colour touch screen, so simple to follow with both text and picture diagrams to follow step by step. I love that the cartridges are separate so no ink wastage, just replace the individual colours when needed. The machines quality is amazing, it is photographic quality allowing for some outstanding printing and photograph reproduction. The printer as well as being exceptional quality, it is very speedy with both mono and colour printing as well as double sided printing and copying plus it’s oh so quiet! I can’t believe how quiet the printing is. For anyone looking for a printer fir demanding hone or office printing then this is it, it’s reliable and efficient but so easy to use. The Brother MFC-J6540DW is a very welcomed addition to my small print business and I would 100 percent recommend it to anyone

Excellent Quality And Ease Of Use

This printer is ideal for our business, we have a shop and need to print a lot , I was amazed at the size of it but it was so easy to set up, it basically did it itself! I simply plugged it in pressed the wifi button and my PC found it instnatly, it connected with the password and set itself up, this took only minutes, no messing and was ready to go. The printer is extremely efficient , being able to print double side A3 is a huge bonus, it is quiet and prints very fast indeed and the quality is super. The copy feature is brilliant as saves time as often have items that we need to copy . Also the scanner is great and the fax we may not use a lot but we might need it at some point. Everything is so easy to use on your mobile or Pc or even on the display, very clear just click the item on the dispaly to select and that is it, no messing about trying to find settings when they are a finger touch away and even the ink levels. We have used this daily and printed lots out including images and the ink has lasted amazingly well compared to the other one we had, so it is not going to use a lot which is another huge plus. This is so easy to use and faultless it is an excellent printer for any business small or large very pleased it had made life far easier at work .
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is absolutely brilliant, it’s very easy to use and was set up in minutes. The lcd screen is very clear and easy to navigate. The app is easy to use too and you can use it with multiple devices. I love how fast it prints and the print quality is absolutely amazing! I love that it prints and scans up to A3 size, very useful for when I’m printing booklets. The ink is cost affective, I’ve printed at least 100 pages back and front and still have plenty of ink left. My overall review? It’s absolutely perfect!! Perfect for the office and home. Highly recommend this printer!

Affordable, quality printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] User friendly printer, was easy to set up. Was quick enough to print a batch of documentation. All the high specs for printing, however would be useful to include Windows 11 compatibility and work on security connections. not sure which TLS versions is used and SSL, WEP are not secure protocols, hence would be cautious to print very sensitive and restricted documentation.
I also liked the mobile app, set up connections on my mobile and iPad.
It also provides 10/10 backup service which is awesome.
Another pro is that ability to scan A3 docs

Great Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer was very easy to set up and fits just right, under my office desk. The apps were easy to install on my phone and PC, and the wifi function is great. It is really useful to be able to print from my phone while I am out of my office. The touch screen display is a nice size, easy to read with lots of useful functions. The paper storage drawer has a large capacity, so I won't need to be constantly refilling.
The ink levels on the four cartridges are easy to monitor on the front of the display.
This printer is very sturdy and robust, I'm very happy with this product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Great printer and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is a breeze to set up with colour onscreen instructions from out of the box to printing in 15 minutes easy. It is a little large for my office desk but not hugely. It’s solid and you can feel and see the quality in the printer.
The paper tray is easy to load and adjust according to paper size. From A3 to A6, there’s a dual paper feed for both printing and photocopying.
Printing is quick and easy and works well via Wi-Fi photocopying and scanning are simple and the quality is crisp, the A5 size is perfect for flyers and the A3 is fantastic for posters with no loss of sharpness or quality, it’s quick and quiet and the prints are sharp and crisp with good colour, the wireless function is good with the addition of an app which allows you you to print whilst out of office, the app is easily to follow and instructions very clear The ink is via separate colour cartridge which means there is a lot less waste in replacing individual cartridges.
Although this printer is exceptional in its quality and features my only quibble is I need to print photos and to me the quality isn’t just quite there for that, I’ve tried different paper and settings but still not getting the quality I need , don’t get me wrong it’s great and exceptional in other areas it’s just not quite there on the photo front.
