It's a Solid Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great. Since I was upgrading, I was able to get my exact layout from the old phone to the new phone, which I really appreciate.
It's got amazing download speeds. Webpages load in a heartbeat. Movie downloads takes seconds - not minutes.
My one complaint is the charger port is prone to error, at least on my phone, and it hates being charged and it hates keeping the charging connection going.

My Samsung is my best friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy throughout the day. When I need the time of day, it's there. When I need to reset to Daylight savings, it does it automatically. When I need help finding the right word, I just put in a few related words and my friend suggests the right word. When I need to know "how to" I ask my friend and it quickly gives me directions (with video if I want that.) If I'm bored, I use it to watch programs, read a book, or play a game. I play games with all of my teenage granddaughters. They win. Lol. I use my Galaxy to keep a running grocery list. Or I use it to order groceries and have them delivered. I check gas prices before I fill my tank to find the good deals on gasoline. I take pictures every day. I can delete the dumb ones easily. I don't have to deliver film to the photo store and pay for bad shots. I look for fun things to read and enjoy learning new things. I challenge my brain by adding new facts every day. I read my Bible and enjoy learning more about my God every morning. I call my mom and check on her every day. I listen to favorite songs from my "music era." I create playlists so I can find favorites fast. I read the brilliant posts my grandson does on the elements of the Periodic Table. I watch my younger grandson take his first steps. I communicate with the granddaughters in between and discuss fun, fears, schools, friends and secrets.
Oh, and I use the phone to make phone calls!!

Great phone but some issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the adaptable refresh rate feature. Browsing the internet has never felt so smooth. Camera can capture amazing details. You can tell how fast the processor is when gaming. The only issue I have is the lack of a headphone jack. It would be bearable if the usb-c adapter worked but it doesn't. Even after buying the official Samsung adapter, connection to my wired headphones is spotty at best, and refusing to work at worst. Overall, a great phone but with frustrating issues.

I can take a picture of a snow covered mountain from 45-50 miles, use zoom feature on photo and I can see cars parked in the snow parking area. With my other phone I couldn't see any cars. I didn't even know there was a parking lot on my side of the mountain. ( Picture was taken from EUG looking east). What a beautiful picture.

Wonderful medical financial learning device

The actual phone is pretty good but their service in which Samsung employees. It's horrible. The phone's features are actually pretty easy. Do you use as long as you or pretty good electronics platforms and apps? When using different devices. The Samsung has 22 plus. I do love it because of the fact that the processor the storage security actually pretty good. The phone itself is easy to use navigate and actually turn it from just a phone into a medical device alerts emergency contacts of a hard fall and did not get backup. I use as a financial planner as well as financial security. I use it for banking as well as particularly all our accounts because of the perks of this particular device. I use it as a learning device as well as a healthcare device with our insurance doctors and visits. I do recommend extra storage if you're disabled like me and have to use multiple platform apps that are compatible between Samsung Android Google Apple and windows. If you get Samsung care plus make sure nothing happens to your device because the people I've dealt with magically can't look up the documentation for everything. So document everything your purchases shall what you're device if something was to happen is covered.
I would recommend this to a friend!
