Great potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For personal and work use. Phone, email, internet, navigation, gaming, and some streaming. I mainly have a problem with the phone features: sometimes the phone will not ring when a person calls, and later a voicemail notification will be received. Restarting the device fixes the problem. Sometimes the ringback tone heard when calling someone will not stop after the called party answers. Need to hangup and call again. Sometimes I can't answer or end a call due to the touch screen not responding. Setting up the phone for DTMF generation when dial pad keys is pressed during a call to control automated attendants is difficult and confusing. I am very satisfied with all other features. If the above issues are addressed, it will be a great phone. But I had to take off 1 star due to these annoying issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the phone for my meetings at work as I can multi task while on zoom, webex or teams with split screens. The phone speed does not slow down when doing so. Picture quality is amazing.

Great camera, right sized phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this phone specifically for a camera upgrade. I used the phone for international travel and posted tons of photos. Reaction from friends to photos was very positive.
Phone served well to keep in contact. Can't speak to phone call quality as I was using phone internationally. Wi-fi calling provided good connection.
Phone does periodically auto rotate the screen, even with the auto rotate setting turned off. Must restart phone to get out of this bug. Might be software issue, not hardware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this product and liked it a lot. My previous phone was an S10e and I would use my company's phone, which was a S20. In comparison to the S10e. This phone blew up in comparison. It is faster, brighter and has more features. When compacting to the S20, it was smoother, a tad faster and the camera is amazing. Clear and more settings than my previous phones. I was happy with my purchase. I mostly used my personal phone for streaming shows, movies and YouTube. So to know how bright the phone is and faster refresh rate, I am overall Content. The slight set backs I'm having with it is the battery. The phone doesn't last as long as I would of preferred. Gotta have a portable a charger or my charger if I'm outside for long periods of time. I miss the micro SD feature as for the space is limited on my 128gb phone. They were all put of the 256gb models. This feature at least helped save space on my phone and made it accessible to get certain content out and still have storage. I'm sure with the newer models these nice features will just get better.
