just now The S22+ is very avg at best. The camera functionality is horrible and lags bad. Overall performance of the phone is no better than my previous S20. I wish now I hadn't traded the S20 in for this crap. Been a Galaxy fan for a decade, it's gradually gotten worse, about to make a switch
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful phone!

I have been using my S22+ over a month and I love it. I bought it unlocked and have had no issues with this phone at all. Speakers and mics are great and I have no problem with call quality. Pictures and videos look great as well. I have seen a lot of reviews about terrible battery life but I do not have that problem. I keep my phone on dark mode and connected to wifi most of the time at about half brightness and battery saver off. I use my phone a lot at night to watch YouTube videos and my battery will last me from 10 p.m until 8 a.m or after, so that's pretty good screen on time, in my opinion. I have yet to have the battery die on me. This phone may not be good for everyone but it's perfect for me!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The phones itself is amazing, but I'm experiencing statics on calls and video calls. I'm not a fan of that. Thinking about trading it in for something else.

Awful battery

The phone it self is great, light and fits nice in your hand....buttt the battery sucks big time. I will charge the phone to 100 percent and the moment I start scrolling through you immediately start to see the it dropping 98..96..95. Forget it if you watch a vedio or have papers to write or other work to do...within 3hrs you have to charge again...I don't like that at all. So I'm giving it 2 stars for the battery.

S21 Plus Lasted Longer

Overall, the phone works great. It's fast, takes great pictures, is fluid between tasks, and looks beautiful. My biggest gripe is the battery life. I don't understand why Samsung messed with the S21 Plus formula. 4800 mAh was perfect. This little downgrade turned a 5 star phone into a 4 star one. If you read other reviews you'll find battery life is a common complaint. Samsung, why did you change an already good thing???

I love this phone. I really do. It's fast, camera shows up beautiful, I love the green color I got, and so much more.
But the cons is the battery even with my battery saver on it still dies quick. At 3am today it was on 100% it's now 5:53am and I'm on 69% that's not that good tbh. It was hard to even get the phone tbh. Then I couldn't activate my husband's phone which is just like mine. He had his phone 2 days before he could get it activated and they ended up sending a brand new sims card and when I swapped it out it worked immediately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I only had my phone for 2 weeks and the sound on my phone is distorted and the screen tends to jump or glitch at times. It is frustrating that I already need the phone serviced.

Had now for two days. It's no better than the cheaper priced A50 just with 5G and bigger memory. Very disappointed.
