The more I use this trimmer the better I get at it. Compact and easy to use. Trims hair cleanly and straight and does a quick job as a shaver. It will not shave you clean and smooth like a larger true rotary shaver. It will quickly shape you up in minutes leaving a slighty rough finish.
The razor has all the all in one benefits I am looking for. I like the option of a wet or dry shave. Also the different trim levels when I want to keep facial hair. To clean the blade it can be cleaned with water and it seems to keep a good charge as well.
It’s a wonderful razor to own and use. It shaves you very close and leaves your face really smooth. Don’t leave no rash or redness on your face and neck. It want cut you and i like the trimming features that comes with it. Best razor I’ve ever owned. I recommend it to anyone and you can also use it in the shower. I love it.
Its the first electric (or semi-electric) razor that gave me the shave I wanted. Shaving dry before a shower seems to be the optimum time and way. However, after less then a month of using the product I probably will pick up more efficient use of the shaver. I am still have difficulty using it to make a line. It was a gift (stocking stuffer at Christmas. At some point in time I would like to invest in your Pro model
I really like the OneBlade a whole lot, but I discovered not long after getting it that it is pretty fragile, at least either the blades are or the mechanism that holds the blades I don't know which. I was traveling and I accidentally dropped the bag that contained the OneBlade and discovered that the blade had popped out. What I didn't know, at first, is that the blade broke and fell out. Of course, I had no blades to replace it. I had bought my OneBlade at Kohls and discovered there was a Kohls nearby so I was able to get replacement blades. When I went to put the new blade in I discovered that the blade would not fully engage into the mechanism. Either a piece of the old blade remained in the handle or the internal mechanism broke and would not hold the blade. Philips-Norelco promptly replaced my OneBlade with no problems, for which I am very grateful.
My recommendation would be to either keep the blade out of the handle until you are ready to use it or ask that Philips-Norelco develop a solid carrying case for the handle and blades OR BOTH.
I knew going in that the OneBlade does not give a silky smooth shave, but it is perfectly adequate for my needs. I also read a review beforehand that revealed this same problem of being fragile, but I still got the OneBlade.
Overall a decent trimmer. I'm not sure how long each blade will last, but the performance is as expected. I'm also curious about how long each charge will last too. My only complaint is I don't like the trimming attachments. The shape makes trimming around the chin and nose difficult.
