The only complaint that I have about this electric razor is that it does not seem to do as good of a job with the trimming guards on as I hoped that it would, most times it takes an irritating amount of multiple attempts to achieve the desired length. Perhaps the blades could be a little sharper to alleviate this, and maybe an even small travel size version, and more guards to choose from, or a guard with an adjustable length.
Pros: ergonomic design makes holding the razor easy., small and light weight, the charged unit can lasts over a week, norelco customer service is impeccable
Cons: does not come with a protective bag or container, the blades break too easy, need a travel size version, blades cost too much

For someone that has used a electric shave my whole life, I found this very easy to use and gets a lot closer than any other shaver I have used. The only downside is the price of the razor refills, but I can live with that!

I have had norlelco products for many years now. I wish the trim guard would have come in sizes 1, 2, and a 5. As the I is too short for the mustache, and the 3 doesn’t trim much of it. Still tryin to get the hang of using the one blade to edge my mustache up under the lip. Over all a very good product you have come out with here.

I have been using the product for about two months now. Still on first set of blades. It's great for trimming around my beard and now I don't use a razor anymore.
Pros: good quality
Cons: need a smaller blade for tight areas

They are not kidding with the name. this One blade can shave, trim, and keep you looking great! only complaint be careful down below, a nic here or there may happen.
Pros: easy to use, multitasker
