Will give you peace of mind

In the age of the internet and electronics, you can never be too careful in protecting your information and data. This Ironkey Vault Privacy external storage is perfect for protecting your most sensitive info and giving you peace of mind.
If you’re not too tech savvy, don’t be intimidated. At first look, this may seem like a high tech device that is complicated to operate. I can assure you that this is not the case. It is very simple to connect, set up, and operate.
Included with the unit are two different USB cables to connect to any of your devices. Simply hook up the cables and the unit will turn right on. Simply follow the on screen instructions.
The 480GB is a ton of storage. I’ve put documents, pictures, videos, files, reports and everything possible on it and I still have 472GB remaining. If you’re worried about how much you can store on it, don’t sweat it. If you’re like me, you won’t even come close to filling it up.
There is also a neat little case that comes with it. It adds a bit of extra physical protection. There is also a small pouch in front of the case to put the two cables in. The case will keep everything in one place so no need to worry about losing cables.
The biggest benefit, in my opinion, is the piece of mind this brings. Having my most sensitive info protected as well as safely storing pictures and videos of my family is what I love most. I don’t have to fill up my computer and laptop with a bunch of media files, so saving space on those devises is really nice.
I’m really happy with this Ironkey vault. It’s simplicity makes it easy to use while it’s technology will protect your data. I’d highly recommend to others looking for an extra secure space for your most private data.

Best solution for personal data security

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This IronKey SSD is a perfect choice for securing personal documents, sensitive data, and cryptographic keys and secrets. Using cloud storage these days is fairly secure, but security is always in the hands of someone else, so this physical device is much more secure. The drive is tamper proof and nearly impossible to hack with AES 256-bit encryption. There are plenty of admin options you can choose and you can even add an additional user that can be made read-only. This SSD even has randomized numeric key locations on the screen so fingerprint smudges and swipe patterns can't be used to discover your passcode. Setup was super easy and it works with any operating system (Windows/MacOD/Chrome OS, etc) that can support USB storage. It comes pre-formatted and there is nothing to install. I highly recommend this drive for your most secure data storage needs.

Very user friendly especially with it's intuitive touch screen! Has a multi- password feature that's a great feature! Plenty of storage! I feel safe adding my files on it! Comes with a travel case and cables. Very impressed exceeded my expectations!

Using this drive to store your sensitive documents, photos, videos etc is incredibly simple and gives you such peace of mind. The touchscreen is responsive and clear, the controls are simple and well thought out. The options to set password complexity rules and PINs or passphrases and the ability to set user and admin accounts make this the perfect option for anyone looking to secure their data

Your files are safe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first external hard drive I have used with security, and I must say that it covers that area pretty well! You get to establish a password when it is plugged in for the first time, and then it will ask you for that password each time it is plugged in. There are many different administrative settings that allow you to set specifics in regards to the password policy and other security features like key randomization. It has a color touchscreen, and although you can get things done by tapping with your fingers, I think a stylus would be the best bet here. The hard drive comes with both USB C to USB C and USB C to USB A USB cables. It also comes with a nice neoprene case that offers it protection when you are on the go. It seemed reasonably fast for what I was writing to it, but I don’t do a whole lot of files at once. Overall, this is a pretty fancy little hard drive that ensures that your files, documents, and information are safe and secure! It is also backed by a 3 year warranty.

Digital Touch Screen!

The touch screen is really nice and it turns on when it’s plugged into a USB port. It stays cool to the touch and it comes with a nice case. I feel like something like this would be used by a government agent. Kingston is also a brand that has been a round for a long time and is definitely trust-worthy.

Effective and Easy

It was easy to set up and use and it’s nice to have the peace of mind to know that I have an extra level of security. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The encryption keeps unwanted people out pretty well I purposely put the wrong passcode in to see if i could get in and it wouldnt allow me to view any of the files. I would recommend to those who have information they do not want anyone seeing. Havent had it long enough to speak on its durability but I will say its not the fastest drive out there but you gotta give up speed to gain security im all for it.
