am impressed with the "express" service. I ordered toner from another on-line company and they referred the order to another supplier. I did not receive the toner for over a month. And when I finally received it, it was the wrong toner! Waited another several weeks for the right toner. Ordering it through HP gave me assurance the toner is authentic. Free 2-day shipping to Hawaii made it a painless shopping experience. DO NOT use refilled toners! Eventually the printer will not perform up to expectation and you spend time and money tossing out the recycled toner not to mention lost time reprinting everything once you realize what's causing the problem.

OMG, it actually prints black. It fits the printer. How much more delighted could a customer be? I am so flattered to have been asked for my opinion.

I haven't put it in as yet as the replacement comes with all kinds of info on how to return the used cartridge but ZERO info on how to disarm the replacement and place it in the machine.
Too much to ask?

The pack that I just received I have only opened magenta, it is good.
But I bought another pack months ago and the magenta does not work. The display says used with no indication of ink. I have never had this happen before. I would like a replacement of magenta.
