Great sound but low bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this yesterday and I am loving it so far it's not perfect but for the price it's okay I wish the bass was louder far as just sound very clear perfect can here everybody talk perfectly My only problem is the bass is there just low I will say for the price is worth it and if you get it definitely turn on DTS virtual X 3D surround sound it really makes it pop without that the sound is kind of low.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Soundbar for the price however the "input announcements" when unit is powered on are INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. Please release a firmware to disable this annoyance. Thanks!

A really wild voice

Nice design, pretty good sound, but one fatal flaw TCL has not fixed in over two years: when you plug it into HDMI (what most users will do) it yells "HDMI ARC" at full volume when you power the TV on. There is no way to disable this voice, and no way to reduce the volume. People have been begging TCL to fix this on the forums for years, and TCL refuses to acknowledge this is a problem (see the earlier review where they ask the user to reach out for help - TCL WILL NOT HELP, BECAUSE THIS VOICE CANNOT BE DISABLED) or point people to any sort of a fix. In short: buy anything else. This voice will end up driving you crazy.

Subwoofer does not connect
