The earbuds are horrible, keep falling out of my ear and there is no volume. I purchased these earbuds to replace an older pair of earbuds which I use when working outside doing yardwork. I cannot hear anything when I have my lawnmower running, Went on Apple Store to see if there was a download to increase volume and nothing works. I will be taking them back and purchasing something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible sound

I’m confused by these. Never had a problem with beats but these are not it. I’m hoping that I’ll be allowed to return them despite them being opened because I’d rather listen to my phone speaker than through these.

Such a bad experience

I bought this for my husband’s gift.
He doesn’t like it. I planned to return it and refund.
The customer said he can’t do refund Becoz I opened the box.
Giving you advice, if you planning to buy earbuds online, make sure you test at shop. Make sure you like it and buy from online.

The sound quality is so flat, no treble or bass, just flat music. Headphone from dollar store sounds way better than these
