[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very fast charging, but I wish they'd make it abundantly clear that the wire required for this to charge an iphone does not come with the product. This is JUST the wall outlet and you need to provide your own cord, which is not the regular iphone charging cables of old.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the wrong charger for the phone. (It was a Christmas present for someone so I didnt know that it wasn't the correct one right away.) When I tried to look up how to return it online the url listed on the packing slip for returns didn't work. So I went through their website. My order number didn't work on their form when I tried to look it up, even though I copied it directly from the packing slip. So I called by phone but I was 23rd in line. I tried later via the chat box but after 10 minutes past the estimated wait time I was unable to sit and wait any longer. And even though I had to enter my name, phone number and order number to get that far I didn't get any call or contact from customer service. And now I am sure my 30 day window is up and I have nothing but a useless charger and a poor return experience.

I LOVE this charger! It connects firmly, has a long cord, and doesn’t make it awkward to read in bed while I charge my phone. Also, it charges quickly and stays secure in my bed while I sleep.
