It stopped working after a few uses. I have used in past so not sure if it was defective or not but not happy.

I bought the wrong charger for the phone. (It was a Christmas present for someone so I didnt know that it wasn't the correct one right away.) When I tried to look up how to return it online the url listed on the packing slip for returns didn't work. So I went through their website. My order number didn't work on their form when I tried to look it up, even though I copied it directly from the packing slip. So I called by phone but I was 23rd in line. I tried later via the chat box but after 10 minutes past the estimated wait time I was unable to sit and wait any longer. And even though I had to enter my name, phone number and order number to get that far I didn't get any call or contact from customer service. And now I am sure my 30 day window is up and I have nothing but a useless charger and a poor return experience.

Used it about 10 times total and it just started sparking everywhere and doesn’t work now. Don’t recommend. And it’s not the outlet bc the outlet doesn’t do that with anything else and works great for my other chargers
