we are in the middle of the biggest snow storm to hit N. America in over 40 years. Ask me again in 6 months when I am not burred under 6 feet of snow and -45c temperatures.

Pool is great and can't wait to use it! The wood pallet that they used to ship the pool was way to small! The box had a gaping hole in its side and the bottom was not much better! Securing shipments is not that hard to do!

Love our new pool. Needed to replace this specific size pool due to deck built. Glad Intex had them in stock. Love the upgrade to sand filter from cartridge.

Backflush outlet size

The pool is great and went together in about 2 hours. However, I was a little disappointed to find out when I went to my local pool supply store that they do not carry the required 2" size fittings/hose for the backflush outlet that is on the pump? I had to cobble together a hose clamp and split the 1 1/2" standard hose that they had which was a total pain and leaks all over the place. NOTE: I assume that this is a ongoing issue for many people as the technician at the pool supply store without prompting asked me if this was for an INTEX pool.... because they get asked about this problem all the time (i.e. the non standard size of the outlet fitting/hose).
