Delivery?

Went to shipping quickly BUT ... said in delivery description that it would be unloaded from the truck & placed onto my property (not street) but not placed where I wanted (very understandable); when I was called to schedule delivery I was told it was my responsibility to remove the 830# box on a pallet from inside the semi trailer (I'm residential, I don't have a fork lift) & the lady tried to tell me that wasn't reasonable because they already had it on a truck that could not unload it (not my fault); I stood by the delivery description I had read & paid for & it took another week for delivery to be scheduled after they finally acknowledged it was their responsibility to unload; it showed up on a semi, with no way to unload other than by hand (830lbs.), & the driver wanted us to push it off the truck; luckily we were able to borrow a tractor with a bale fork on it; the box, additional cardboard, & plastic wrapping were all torn off one corner before unloading & I am not certain all contents are/aren't undamaged.

I have been buying Intex pools for the last 6 years. I have never had a problem with parts or customer service. My pool is the XTR 24'x52"Frame and my kids and Grandkids love it. Install it the right way and you will too

We bought this pool last summer. It was used a handful of times just to float it . We took it down at the end of summer and stored it inside. We wanted to make the area around the pool nice and, so we invested a ton of money into ground leveling and put our pool back up. We had all of landscaping delivered and assembled the pool. We started filling it and getting very excited. Then we found multiple cracks in the bottom of the liner . The pool is leaking . This is a joke the pool is brand new . It was used for 1/2 the summer last year and stored inside until this spring. I would not recommend anyone buying these pools . This was not a cheap pool. Now I have all this work done in my back yard specifically for this pool and the pool is junk. If someone were to contact me from the company and assist with this issue like send me a new liner , I guess my review would be different

Great pool scary ladder

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that flimsy ladder my 24ft pool came with. I love the pool the pump everything is awesome cant wait for summer partys!! But the ladder is scary and not very sturdy or safe.

Four Summers of Fun!

I might be in the minority but we've actually had a pretty darn good experience with this pool. We have had this same pool for over four years. We live in Minnesota and take it down every winter to store away during the cold months and bring it back out in the spring. Other than a mouse hole and a few pin holes in the bottom which are easily patched with regular hardware store patches or waterproof tape, the liner has held up over the years. Our sand filter also has had no issues.
We have had to order replacement parts the last two years, however; the plastic feet that hold the poles tend to crack so we need to replace a handful of them every year, and also a couple leg and beam joints went out. As long as you take care of the pool and order your parts early in the season so they're ready when you put the pool back up you should be fine. I see this model is now discontinued so I really hope they keep offering replacement parts because we love this pool!
