It is a good pool for small kids, my 7-year-old can stand very easily. Once filled it did have a leak around one of the intakes. Repaired it and now good to go. Make sure you put the powder in where the rails go. it is a must for putting them in. It is more like 33-inch height because if you go to the 36 you are right at the edge of the liner in the corners. Water will spill out if you fill that high. I had a better pump so I cannot say anything about that. the spot you put it must be flat, and level, a must! The sides bow in until it is filled to the correct height. The ladder could be better but it works. Overall I am glad that I bought it.

I bought this pool for my family in June 2020 since our local pool and racquet club had closed due to the pandemic. It fit perfectly in our large RV carport and set up was reasonably easy with 2 adults and a teenager. Since it's covered by a carport, it stayed very clean. My husband made a solar heater for it that really helped get the temperature to a comfortable level. The pump, filter, and cover that came with it have all been fine. Getting ready to fill it up again for its second summer. I would buy this pool again if I ever need another.

So big!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pool for my furbabies and friends. Assembly will take a little bit but it's HUGE! The quality of the liner is great and the support bars are durable. The only thing is you will need a pool pump and ladder. I can't wait for the warmer weather so my friends and I can enjoy! Great Quality all around and I highly recommend.

Easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect size for a family of 5. It was quick to set up, and easy to use. Very happy with the quality, and especially the assortment of accessories you can get for this pool. You need to have a level surface to set it up on. What I like most about it is that it's easy to set up and tear down. Even to empty, there are all the necessary valves to quickly empty. The material is also very thick and high quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had no idea what I was doing when setting this up, but I found the flattest part of my yard I could and blocked off the day with my dad and a friend for physical and moral support. We surprisingly didn't have nearly as many hangups as I thought we would. The pool itself feels very sturdy and holds water well

The pool was easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. I was worried it was going to take an impossible amount of time just given the large, heavy box, but we got it up in a couple hours. My nephews can’t wait to swim!

(For best results, level the ground it will be on) This pool is made out of high quality materials and is built to last. Filling up the pool took longer than setting it up. This has provided nothing but fun for my family. I highly recommend this pool for anyone looking for a fun family activity this summer!

Not our first Intex pool, and does not disappoint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost every year since we became homeowners more than 25 years ago, we wanted to have a swimming pool and planned to build it. However, after the kids have grown and years have passed, weighing our pros and cons, we are settled with not having a permanent backyard swimming pool. We love traveling for vacations. Alternatively, from time to time, for a "stay-cation", we would set up an above-ground pool and a portable spa, especially during the spring to summer times. Through the years, we've been through different sizes and different setup types, as our family grows, and we have been very satisfied with the Intex brand. This rectangular pool took 3 persons and about 3 hours to unbox and set up, plus about 7 hours to fill it with water. We used a different ground tarp because we could not locate the one that was included until after the setup was halfway done (our fault). This pool size is smaller than the one we had previously but offers good fun nonetheless. The pool size is good for 4-6 adults/teens (depending on their sizes :)), maybe 8, if they each stay in their "corners/sides ". If you want to lounge and back float - 1-2 persons. For reference, the pool area is a little bit smaller than a single-car garage. It's been a week since the set up, with no leaks and no issues. We're looking forward to a great spring break staycation.
