Disposable pool

We only used the pool for one summer and went to put it back up this summer and it has several pin holes in the liner. I was told that it was under warranty and I would receive a replacement. After not receiving an email I contacted them and was told that it was of warranty. Would not recommend this product.

need to wait 25 days for defective part

Brand new pool with a defective part. Not allowed to return to store . Have tio wait 25 days for defective part replacement
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice pool, great for kids

Delivery was fast, even if we are in Canada. The pump does look cheap, but you won't break the bank to replace it. Filters are really easy to change. Great pool for the kids and the adults. The water warms fast if it's sunny outside. Easy maintenance.

Just right size

It's squatted out at the bottom so it is more than 15 ft around at the bottom therefore it is not 42 inches high

15' Intex above ground pool

The hardest part to setting up this pool is keeping the wrinkles out of it while it fills. Forget trying to do that after there is more than an inch of water in it. After that, you let the water and the sun do the rest

clamps & strainer

No hose clamps and No strainer which we are unable to clean pool. Not happy with this pool. We have had 4 Intex pools over the years and have not had these problems. Intex dropped the ball.
