Missing parts & bolting pattern don't line up

After waiting two weeks without out being able to track it, I started putting it together on my day off. After struggling to get some of the parts to line up to bolt together because some barely work. Then to find out it's missing two of the key 10' roof frame ends. Definitely not waiting on another two weeks to get the missing parts. I have the feeling it's going to be harder to get a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

well constructed gazebo
construction can be tedious but if done properly all parts will fit together
and the results will be rewarded with a beautiful outdoor space
