[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble great design good comfort. No problems with function or durability. Only caveat is it is not as wide as other chairs. So people who are wider could have a hard time fitting in.

Comfy, but difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair itself is incredibly comfortable! It has heat and massage options, as well as recline and lift options. There are levels to the heat and modes to the massage. It has two remotes: one for heat and massage and the other for recline and lift. There are also pockets and loops on the side for storage and the remotes. It’s nice that the cup holders are reinforced too. However, I knocked a star for a few reasons. One, it is incredibly heavy and took multiple adults to get inside. Two, the straps holding the chair together in the box were under such immense pressure that when we cut them, we almost got hurt. Three, the instructions are nearly useless. There are no words for the steps, just pictures. No QR code or website to reference for help either. It probably took 30-45 minutes total of assembly time. Four, it is not the best material. In fact, one of the zippers for the armrest busted as we tried to put it together. Luckily, that was an internal zipper so it still looks okay. I’m very interested to see how this will hold up over time, especially with pets in the home.

A relaxing chair with several controls for creatin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received and tried out the Bestier 38inch W Leather Power Lift recliner chair with massage, heating, and storage. My husband and I put it together in approximately thirty minutes. We couldn’t get the Velcro to stick until we realized it had a white sheeting to remove. Once we did it came together easily. It has a storage pocket on the side as well as two big cup holders. The chair lifts easily with enough height to help me get out. When I recline I have the option of using the lumbar pillow or removing it.
I especially love the massage and heating addition with several choices to fit my needs. It’s comfortable and a big help with relaxing and reducing my aches.

Absolutely comfortable and gorgeous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfortable and gorgeous. So many features to adjust the lift position and heat setting and type of massage. It did take awhile to assemble and needed help,it was so heavy,but well worth it. It works perfectly well and easy to clean with a dry cloth. I like the extra padding for extra comfort.
