It's really good. I bought it for my dad. I came here to lie down today. It fits snugly and supports me well. It's a little harder than expected, but I was worried that it would be too soft.

It's really soft. At first, I was a little worried about back pain because I have a herniated lumbar disc, but after sleeping for more than a week, everything is normal and the support is still sufficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I loveeeee this chair. Its leather is so soft and comfy. It has multiple functions including massage, neck massage, and it can even push you up if you need to stand up after a long relaxing time. It has 2 cup holders. I fall asleep here after the first try.
