This camera is set to automatically adjust to people talking in the room, which is a great idea. However, it does not work based on sound, it works based on movement and the camera automatically tries to identify people in the field of vision. This is not very effective. People outside the field of view have had to wave their arms to be picked up by the camera. Also the amount of wires to set up this whole system feels like far too many.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We decided to order this system after seeing it in another office. Works great for our conference room. Video and sound both work well and are clear. We will be ordering a second one for our other location / conference room. Easy to install and hook up.

The Meet Up consistently isn't working correctly or I'm not using it correctly. The Zoom participants cannot hear the live meeting participants, or the live meeting cannot hear the Zoom participants. I bought the expansion mic with the expectation that it would improve the functionality of the MeetUp. It appears to do nothing.
