Perfect Multi-purpose Use

It's undeniably the best Gasket -airtight plastic storage container in the market and the research backs this.
I performed an extensive search for the ideal container for my needs and each survey and customer feedback kept coming back to the Sterilite brand.

Snake Enclosure

Previously had been using a slightly smaller, two latch tub as an enclosure for my small Kenyan sand boa. It closed loosely, but we assumed it would suffice until he escaped a few times, even after weighing the lid down. We went hunting for a tub with a lid that fit more securely and came across this; the six latches and sturdy plastic impressed us, it was really unlike the many others we had looked at.
The plastic didn't crack and held up very well to putting small holes in for air flow, and even with the temperature probes in, my snake has been unable to escape thus far. It's been a little over two weeks now and it looks like this tub was a fantastic choice. If you're looking for a sturdy, well-made tub, whether for an enclosure or not, I'd strongly suggest this.

The Gasket Box in one of my favorites...

As someone who has more storage containers than anyone I know I have to say the Gasket box is one of my favorites. I like that the gasket keeps valuables safe (like photo albums, books, etc) and that it has 6 hinges to insure the top won't come off while being moved (releasing the top from the bottom). We do a lot of canning and we are also bee keepers so we use a lot of glass jars. I like the fact I can wash/sterilize my jars and then store them in the Gasket Box and not have to worry about them getting dirty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The hinges break off

Good container, but hinges break off easily if using regularly. Need to be able to buy replacement hinges.

Gasket and latch design protect items in storage

The Sterilite 80 qt Gasket Box is a great storage choice. I love the gasket and latch design so I can feel good knowing that my items are not being exposed to dust, moisture, and insects in my Florida garage. The bin seems to be holding up well in the heat of the summer and I appreciate the squared design to allow for easy stacking. The clear sides make it so much easier to see what I needs and get to it faster. I will be purchasing a few more to complete the shelf after receiving this bin in exchange for opinion.

What size is it really?

I love the see through boxes but since most boxes are smaller at the inside bottom I wish the INSIDE BOTTOM dimensions would be given.

I am using my 80 quart Gasket box for a bedroom ensemble. There is no dust or stale odor when it is taken out of the Gasket container. I'm able to use the bedroom ensemble immediately. Great product!.

An entire bedding set

Holy cow, this 80 quart bin held a huge queen size comforter, and three big pillows!!! because the lid clasped down I was able to squish all the air out and store my entire winter bedding in one bin!! I can’t believe how much space I can save by storing all of my winter and Christmas bedding in these large bins
