Versatile trainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some assembly required but its just a spring, backing and twist screw. It was easy to start and fun to try all the different exercises. It's reminiscent of the old Thigh Master. With a simple lift and twist you can swivel the pads for a variety of exercises. It's not mentioned here but you can put the counter in the crook behind your knee and work those hamstrings, use it for bicep curls or an underarm/chest workout no one thinks of (see photos). Enjoy you at-home workouts!

The assembly is a little tough if you don’t have a ton of dexterity or strong fingers but it’s pretty well put together when you do put it together. It is definitely a good work out and you will feel the burn! Thus far it works pretty well and is definitely reminiscent of the thigh master. It’s nice you can use it for other parts of your body! I would recommend as it is not too costly.

Pelvic floor trainer is a must for men and women!

It works so well at training your pelvic floor and strengthening the muscles inside that you can really feel it! I cant stress how important it is to have a tool like this and it works so well!

Feeling the burn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift for my wife - yes I got her more than this. She’s been saying that she wants to work out. Since Christmas she hasn’t used it much - not because it’s not effective, but because she’s been too busy. I and the kids have tried it and it feels like it works. You can feel it deep in your muscles. One thing to note, the counter doesn’t seem to hold a change long. Maybe it’s just that one, but putting it out there.
Over all, it’s a solid piece of exercise equipment…. Now only if the wife would start exercising as she planned. I'd give it 5 stars if the battery lasted longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A small but mighty device. Pelvic floor health is a very important part of aging and with this, you can easily add it to your workout routine. I like the size and the ability to adjust it as well. I've been using for a little over a week and I believe I can feel it starting to work. I was so glad to see that HOM was offering this.

It’s very versatile as it allows you to do different exercises using your legs or arms. It also has a rechargeable battery that allows your to check frequency or time or calories burned. Only reason for four stars is I wish it allows resistance to be changed somehow.
