Can control tv on/off, volume. Wish all Roku controls are capable of wired or wireless listening

Hi Lucy, thank you for sharing your thoughts and valuable feedback. Each Roku device comes with its own remote control. Some remotes don't have the option for wired or wireless listening, called the Headphone Mode feature. However, you can still use Headphone Mode for free with all our devices. We recommend trying our Roku official app, available on Google Play or the Apple App Store. Once you have the app, turning on private listening is simple. Just look for the remote icon, the third from the right in the row of icons. For information about our Remote App, you can refer to this FAQ article at https://support.roku.com/article/217478308. I was turned on to ROKU in 2018... With the ridiculous cost of CABLE TV... and being on a fixed income... All you need is good WIFI. They only down side is the remotes on the past 2 I bought have frustrating issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!
