it's better then direct tv and i am happy with roku , and i am putting on all the tv's in the house

Sometimes I have to re-initiate the WIFI connection . Sometimes it just locks up,

We have Roqu in every room, don't know what we did without it....really enjoy all the programming and features!

To many issues with it

Bought last July and it is constantly having to be uploaded with info. It acts like it’s a new control yet the same one. We do not care for it

Have to do a factory reset every 2 to 3 days to keep the system operating. A real pain.

Roku Voice Remote

Not a good explanation of how to use the remote. Especially the back button with the curved arrow.
