Quality Not as good as previous model

Bought this during the Black Friday sales and installed several weeks later. I was happy to upgrade my Roku Express and get the newer remote with the Power, Volume, and Voice. However the power button will only turn my TV off. Reprogramed several times, same result. Volume button is sporadic. Sometimes it just doesn't respond and other times the volume increases when pushing the decrease end of the button. Wifi appears to be failing this week. When using the YouTube app many of the video blocks remain blank or populate very slowly. Videos load slowly with the rotating circle on a blank screen. I get the network disconnected message nearly every time I use it now. My older devices on my other TVs don't do this. These newer remotes are a little shorter than the previous version with the same function buttons. Disappointed by this latest purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've had a ROKU device for at least 3-5 years to stream Netflix movies. When we changed our internet service, their wifi was not as strong as the previous company's so that old ROKU wouldn't stream well anymore. We got your new ROKU last month and it works beautifully. I guess there's something to be said for updating. :):):):):):)

We purchased our second Roku last month. Husband never used first one, but with the voice activated feature, he loves it too. Cannot imagine a home without one!

Great features but a couple of problems

I love all the channels I can get all the different movies but from time to time it will go black you can’t see anything you have to unplug it from the outlet to get the picture back. I also have Google TV to make sure I check the Google TV and it was fine. It was Roku that did this, I don’t know why other than that I love it
